We understand that times can be tough, and sometimes a little help can go a long way.
Our Food Support Hampers are here for individuals and families within the City of Onkaparinga who are experiencing hardship and could use support with essential food and household items.
Here’s how it works:
This form allows you to request a free food support hamper that you can collect in person.
You may submit one request per household each month.
Your hamper will be prepared based on the information you provide including any dietary needs, allergies, or family size.
Food not collected on the day of your appointment may be given to others, so please arrive at your chosen time.
No deliveries are available pick up only.
If you submit a request over the weekend, your hamper will be prepared the following Monday.
We also offer free food on site daily, no form required.
Additionally, a financial counsellor is available if you need support with managing bills or debts just ask us how to connect.
