Common Room – Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Booking Eligibility
The Common Room is available for use by individuals or groups for events such as meetings, birthdays, workshops, or community activities.
All users must be 18 years of age or older to book.
The person making the booking is responsible for the event and all attendees.

2. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation email.
Availability is on a first come, first served basis.
Stables reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.

3. Use of the Space
The room must only be used for the purpose stated in the booking form.
Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level.
Events must not disturb other users of the facility.

4. Setup and Cleanup
You are responsible for setting up and packing down within your booking time.
Tables, chairs, and equipment must be returned to their original position.
All rubbish must be removed or placed in bins provided.
The room must be left clean and tidy.

5. Time Limits
The room must be vacated by the end time specified in your booking.
Overtime may incur additional fees or future booking restrictions.

6. Damage or Loss
You will be held responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, equipment, or property during your booking.
A fee may be charged for repairs, replacement, or extra cleaning if necessary.

7. Supervision and Safety
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
Fire safety equipment must not be tampered with.

8. Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your booking.
Repeated cancellations or no shows may result in booking restrictions.

9. Liability
Stables is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Users agree to indemnify Stables against any claims arising from their use of the Common Room.

10. Breach of Terms
Failure to follow these terms may result in immediate termination of your booking, loss of future booking privileges, or additional charges.
